Name of the exit and the exit number on the first approach sign. Up next is a stack that usually shows the name of the next exit (unless the next exit is a motorway intersection, in which case the focals of the upcoming intersection appear) on a green background and the directions of the exit in white-on-blue. Those focals are then repeated on the ID sign. A reassurance / distance sign is placed after each exit.
