First approach sign gives the name of the exit, coupled with the symbol used elsewhere in Europe as the symbol for an intersection between motorways. Then comes a form sign with the control city for the road ahead and all focals of the exit. That very same information then gets repeated on the ID sign, but then in the form of a stack sign. Reassurance signs follow each Polish exit.
