Directional signage in Indonesia is mostly green, but the colour blue is being phased in for toll roads. The signage is simple, in that it tends to show all relevant directions at the same time, and -space permitting- three times: at 1km from the exit, at 500m and at the exit itself. Route numbers have been introduced in Indonesia, but they are not being signposted really for the time being.
Motorway signage in Iran is blue. This the colour for motorways, while green and white are for non-motorway through roads and local destinations respectively. These colours are mostly used on gantry signs but not elsewhere on the motorway. Exit signage starts with an announcement of the intersecting road number, then two or more signs with all destinations of the exit. Some exit get a fork sign showing one or more through destinations in between.
