First approach sign only shows the name of the exit and its number. Then comes a fork sign showing all focals of the exit, any intersecting road number and, for the ongoing road, the name of the next exit and the Autobahn number. A simple sign at the exit itself repeats all focals of the exit. The reassurance signs show directions for the ongoing road and of the next intersecting road.
