It provides all the focals of the exit and the message that the exit is 'ahead', no distance. Then comes a similar sign that also contains the distance. After that comes an ID sign, which interestingly is placed not near the start of the slip road but at the very intersection. After the exit, a distance sign. There is no exit numbering (yet?) in Ethiopia.
