In the federal state of Canada, each province has its own standard of signage, even though there are obvious similarities. The use of green as a background colour is one of them. The only Canadian province currently featured on this site is Ontario. Assistance for other provinces is more than welcome ...

Ontario
The first approach sign shows all directions of the exit straight away. Exit number is placed on the top right corner without any use of the word "exit" or a symbol. Pretty much the same sign is repeated as the ID sign. Reassurance signs are placed at irregular intervals.
